What do we mean by healing? Healing is a process of restoring, repairing, or regaining a state of well-being, balance, or wholeness. It encompasses physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of an individual's health and encompasses various dimensions of their being. Healing is a deeply personal and individual process. It can involve a combination of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual approaches, depending on the person's needs and circumstances. It is important to approach healing with patience, self-compassion, and a holistic perspective that acknowledges the interconnectedness of various aspects of health and well-being.

Train ur Bain: Neuroplasticity refers to your brain’s ability to restructure or rewire itself when it recognizes the need for adaption. Experts believe the negative thought patterns that occur with depression, for example, could result from interrupted or impaired neuroplasticity processes. Mindfulness that promote positive neuroplasticity, then, may help “rewrite” these patterns to improve well-being. Rewiring your brain might sound pretty complicated, but it’s absolutely simple and you can do at your own. With a bit of time and patience, you can rewire your brain, which may help restoring, repairing, or regaining a state of well-being, balance, or wholeness.
